The vision of AG Coaching is to create a high quality system of coaching and coach training that produces measurably positive ministry results and establishes a culture of coaching as the norm for church health, pastoral and leadership excellence, and church planting. Senior Coaches will be proficient in coaching, will provide coach training and an assessment office as the demand for coaching and coach training from AG churches continues to grow.
